How Curoxi handles customer data
Curoxi is designed so customer and company workspace data remains controlled by the customer account and the company using the platform. We do not routinely browse customer data as part of normal operations.
Direct human access is limited to support, troubleshooting, maintenance, security review, fraud prevention, or legal and compliance needs.
- Workspace data is used to run delivery, billing, support, and customer operations features
- Access is role-based and limited to the workflows enabled by the customer company
- AI and integration processing only runs when those features are configured and used
- We protect data in transit and at rest through standard infrastructure controls
