Service terms and cancellations

Curoxi provides customer workspace software for delivery, billing, support, and customer operations. Companies are responsible for their users, connected integrations, billing choices, and workspace data handled inside the platform.

  • Cancellation requests are considered when raised immediately after the order or subscription action
  • If a customer is not satisfied with the services, they can reach out within 15 days for review
  • Approved refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to reach the end customer
  • Support, legal, and billing review may apply before a final cancellation or refund decision
